We've released an important update for the Mobile Guardian Chrome Extension, bringing it to version 3.0.27.
What This Update Brings
This release focuses on strengthening the student environment:
Robust Bug Fixes: We've implemented several fixes and enhancements to ensure a more stable, secure, and reliable experience for students using the extension.
Verifying the New Version
The update is set to install automatically. If you need to confirm that you are running the latest version (3.0.27), you have a couple of ways to check:
1. Via the Dashboard
- Navigate to Settings > Chrome Settings and verify the version is listed as 3.0.27.
- In the Device Information section, check the client version for the specific device.
- You can also add the Client Version to the Filter on the Devices tab to check multiple devices quickly.
2. On the Device
- Manually inspect the extension's About screen to ensure it displays version 3.0.27.
- If necessary, you can manually trigger the update by going to Chrome > Extensions > Manage Extensions > Update.
