Chromebook Extension 2.2.63 Update

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible user experience, we have recently released an update for the Mobile Guardian Chrome Extension 2.2.63.

This update is in preparation for a new Mobile Guardian update that will be implemented pending the adoption of the latest Chrome extension version.

To facilitate the update process, please ensure that your Chrome devices connect to the internet and that within your Google Admin Console, you have not pinned a previous version of the Mobile Guardian Chrome extension.

Note: If your devices have not automatically updated to the latest version, please ensure that your Google Workspace Organisation Unit is configured correctly as outlined in our Knowledge Base.

Once connected, the update will automatically download and apply to the device in the background. Once completed, you may need to restart your browser to activate the latest version of the extension.

We understand the importance of seamless integration and reliability, especially in educational environments. We have therefore thoroughly tested the new version of the extension to minimise any potential disruptions.
