Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to Applications
- Log in to your Mobile Guardian dashboard.

Select Android Applications
- Click on the "Android" button.
- Select "Application Search" from the drop-down list.

Search for the Application
- Enter the desired application in the search box and click "Search".
- Select your desired app by clicking the "+" symbol beside the app.

Add the Application
- Click the "Add" button at the bottom of the pop-up screen.
- If you cannot see the "Add" button, please scroll down.

Edit the Application Settings
- Your app will now appear on the app list. Click the edit button (pencil icon) to the right of your app details.
- Click on the "Settings" tab.
- Approve your application by clicking the "APPROVE" button.

Handle Permissions
- On the pop-up screen, choose how you would like to handle new permission requests.
- Click the "APPROVE" button.

Configure Settings
- Once you get a confirmation that the app has been approved for your enterprise, allow the app for school-owned and home-owned devices.
- You can also set these for Self-install settings.
- Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom right of the screen.

Push the Application
- Click on the "Devices" tab.
- From the Devices tab, you can see the list of all the devices eligible for auto-install/silent install of the application. You can push the application in four ways:
- Sync Occurs: The application gets silently installed on all the devices listed.
- Re-Push to All: Redistribute the app silently to all the qualifying devices listed.
- Push to Missing: Silently install on all devices that do not have the app installed on them.
- Install Icon: Install silently on that specific device by clicking the install icon to the right of each device name.
