Android Zero-Touch Overview

Simplifying Android device management has never been easier. Mobile Guardian utilizes the AMA (Android Management API) Zero-Touch to quickly implement device policies.

Prerequisites:

Compatible Devices:

• Device running Android Pie (9.0) or newer.
• Compatible Android Oreo (8.0) device.
• Pixel phone with Android Nougat (7.0).
• Devices must be purchased from an authorized reseller.

Accounts and Access:

• A Gmail account (Please note that G Suite accounts are not compatible).
• Access to the Android Partner Portal.

Zero-Touch Account:

• A Zero-Touch account is created by an authorized Zero-Touch reseller partner.

Device Purchases:

• Devices must be purchased from business resellers or Google partners listed in Android's Enterprise Solutions Directory.
