Understand the Status of Pending Tasks
Status Columns: The status of each pending task can be seen in detail.
- Last Seen Valid: indicates the device has not been seen within a rolling 24-hour period and it will not be picked up by the background sync.
- No Pending Actions: indicates there is a pending action/command for the device - no records will be processed until the device has responded or 30 minutes have passed since the last action.
- Send After Valid: indicates the individual application has had at least one command issued and the device has either failed or not responded. The application will become valid once the specified time has been exceeded.
