Managing mobile fleet updates and inventory requires a structured process for running diagnostics, pushing applications, and removing stale records. Use the procedures below to manage your devices efficiently.
⚠️
Prerequisite Notice
Devices MUST be active and online to receive and process remote commands.
Pending actions will sit in the queue until the device checks in.
Dashboard Action.
- Navigate to the device list in your dashboard.
- Select All Devices (max 100 at a time). Use page pagination to assist.
- Select the Actions button and choose Device Information Request.

Check the system queues:
- Open Check Application Install Queue to verify software deployment status.

ℹ️
Verification:
Confirm that pending tasks succeed from both queues as devices process
the requests.
Perform Device Cleanup: Maintenance.
Remove inactive or retired devices to keep the inventory accurate and prevent failed bulk operations:
- Filter for devices that have been inactive for 3 months or more.
