Mobile Guardian Settings
- Open the Mobile Guardian dashboard in your web browser.
- Navigate to Settings > ChromeBook Settings.
- Ensure that all fields are completed and up-to-date,

Organisational Units:
- Ensure correct Organisational Units are selected and correct roles are applied.
Syncing Users and Devices:

Wait until the User sync has completed before starting the Device Sync
- Click the Sync Now button for Users
- followed by Sync Now for Devices once the User Sync has been completed
- A status screen in the top right will show the sync progress and completion.
Student activity:
Have the students sign out and back into their devices to ensure the student and the device links on the dashboard and extension is pushed to the device
