The District Dashboard allows you to manage multiple school dashboards from a single console. This not only increases the configuration options available to District Administrators but also significantly reduces the time required to manage each school.
Viewing and Managing Schools
From the Schools tab, users can view all the schools managed under their District dashboard. Here, you can quickly see the license count, expiry date, and current account status for each school.
Editing Licenses
Using the edit pencil icon ( ), users can amend the licenses allocated to each school from the District license pool.
Accessing School Dashboards
If you are the Administrator of the District and of a School using the same email login. You can access all Districts and Schools by selecting the District/School Name and selecting the Admin / Teacher or Parent symbol.
Steps to Manage Schools from the District Dashboard
- Access the Schools Tab:
- Navigate to the Schools tab in your District Dashboard.
- View School Details:
- You will see a list of all schools under your management.
- At a glance, you can view the license count, expiry date, and account status for each school.
- Edit Licenses:
- Click on the edit pencil icon ( ) next to a school to amend its license allocation.
- Adjust the number of licenses as needed from the District license pool.
- Access School Dashboards:
- Select the District/School Name
- Selecting the Admin / Teacher or Parent symbol.
