Maintain complete visibility over your Mobile Guardian console with Audit Logs. This chronological record details who logged in, what changes they made, and when they occurred, giving you the critical insights needed to ensure security compliance and easily investigate incidents.
Depending on your administrative access, you can view Audit Logs at either the individual school level or the district level.
How to Access Audit Logs
- Log in to your Mobile Guardian dashboard.
- Navigate to Reports on the left-hand menu.
- Select Audit Logs.
At a glance, you will see a timeline of recent activity alongside the total number of records available.
Filtering the Logs
To narrow down your search and find specific events, you can filter the logs by Date Range or target precise system variables.
Simply click the Filter option on the top right of the page and make your selection.

Exporting Audit Logs
If you need to archive your logs or share them with an external compliance auditor, you can easily export the data.
- Click the Export As button on the top right.
- Choose the file format that best suits your needs.
