| Message | Opens a text box to push a custom message directly to the device screen. |
| Lock | Immediately secures the device by locking the screen and entering sleep mode. |
| Clear Passcode | Removes the device's current lock screen passcode. Essential for users who have forgotten their PIN. |
| Flush MDM Messages | Clears the command queue to resolve "stuck" or pending tasks between the server and the device. |
| Remove MDM | Unenrolls the device and removes all management profiles and associated settings. |
| Refresh MDM | Renews the management identity and certificate to ensure a stable, secure connection. |
| Remove Web Filter | Disables active content filtering or restricted browsing profiles. |
| Enable Lost Mode | Locks a missing device, displays a "Lost" message/phone number, and enables high-accuracy tracking. |
| Check for OS Updates | Queries Apple's servers to identify and report available iOS/iPadOS system updates. |
| Kick MDM | Re-establishes a broken or dormant communication link by "nudging" the device to check in. |
| Wipe | Performs a factory reset, permanently erasing all data and returning the device to factory settings. |
| Stop Single App Mode | Exits "Kiosk Mode," releasing the device from a restricted single-app state to the home screen. |
| Clear Activation Lock | Overrides the Activation Lock, allowing a device to be repurposed without the original user's Apple ID. |
| Assign to Teacher Group | Moves the device into a pre-configured "Teachers Group," applying the specific permissions and app suites associated with the Teacher Group. |
