The following individual Android AMA- Zero Touch enrolled device actions allow administrators to troubleshoot, secure, and organise devices directly from the Mobile Guardian Dashboard. Use these tools to respond to lost hardware and update configurations.
Device Actions
| Action | Description |
| Refresh Device | Triggers a sync to reapply all current profiles, restrictions, and settings from the dashboard to the device. |
| Message | Opens a text box to push a custom message directly to the device screen. |
| Alarm | Sounds the device alarm. This is particularly useful for locating misplaced hardware within a physical office or classroom. |
| Lock | Immediately locks the screen and puts the device into sleep mode. Access can only be regained using the device's existing passcode or biometric settings. |
| Wipe | Performs a full factory reset, permanently erasing all data and returning the device to its original out-of-the-box state. |
| Assign to Teacher Group | Moves the device into a pre-configured "Teachers Group," applying the specific permissions and app suites associated with the Teacher Group. |

Note:
Use the Wipe command with caution. Once initiated, data recovery is generally not possible unless the device has been backed up to a cloud service.
