To remove the Mobile Guardian application from your Android device, you need to perform a factory reset and then remove the device from the Mobile Guardian dashboard. Here are the detailed steps:
- Factory Reset the Device:
- Perform the wipe either directly on the device or remotely from the Mobile Guardian dashboard if the device is blocked.
- Remove or Delete the Device from the Dashboard:
- After the factory reset is complete, log in to your Mobile Guardian dashboard.
- Navigate to Devices > All Devices.
- Select the Device Information icon (eye) for the required device.
- Choose Actions and then Wipe.
- Once the device is reset, you can delete it by selecting the trashcan icon.

- Remove or Delete the Device from the Dashboard:
- After the factory reset is complete, log in to your Mobile Guardian dashboard.
- Navigate to Devices > All Devices.

- Once the device is reset, you can delete the device by selecting the trashcan icon.

- Select WIPE
- The device will be reset and now you may remove the device from the dashboard.
