Configuring the Mobile Guardian Dashboard

 

Log in to your Mobile Guardian dashboard as an administrator.

  • Navigate to Settings
  • Select Intune Settings

You would be required to enter the following details. 

  • Tenant ID 
  • Client ID 
  • Client Secret

You will find the Tenant ID and Client ID on the Application Registration Overview screen in Microsoft Entra ID. The client secret is the value you copied in Part 1.

Once added you would then authenticate. 

  • Click “Authenticate.” on the Mobile Guardian dashboard
  • You will be redirected to Accept the permissions.

  • Once approved, you will be redirected back to the Mobile Guardian dashboard.

On the Mobile Guardian dashboard, you will see a list of groups for the user sync configuration. These groups should correspond with your groups with your Entra Directory.

 

Set The Roles:

  • On the Mobile Guardian dashboard, set the appropriate role for each group, eg. Students, Teacher or Admin. 
  • Click Save Changes.

Sync Users:

Proceed to sync your users to your Mobile Guardian Dashboard.

Once the sync is complete, you should see your users and devices in the Mobile Guardian Dashboard.
