Configuring the Mobile Guardian Dashboard

Sign In:

Log in to your Mobile Guardian dashboard as an administrator.

Navigate to Intune Settings:

• Go to the Settings section.
• Select Intune Settings.

Enter 

• Tenant ID 
• Client ID 
• Client Secret

• You can find the Tenant ID and Client ID on the Application Registration Overview screen in Azure. The client secret is the value you copied in Part 1.

Authenticate:

• Click “Authenticate.”

You will be redirected to Azure to approve the permissions.

Once approved, you will be redirected back to the Mobile Guardian dashboard.

Configure Groups:

On the Mobile Guardian dashboard, you will see a list of groups for device and user sync configuration. These groups should correspond with your groups in your Active Directory.

Verify Multi-Tenant Configuration:

Go back to your Microsoft Azure portal.

Ensure that the application is flagged as multi-tenant and has the two options ticked under authentication.

• Select App Registrations.
• Select the Mobile Guardian Application.
• Select Authentication.

Set Roles:

On the Mobile Guardian dashboard, set the appropriate role for each group.

• Click Save Changes.

Sync Users and Devices:

• Proceed to sync your users and devices.

Once the sync is complete, you should see your users and devices in the Mobile Guardian Dashboard.
