Once the Mobile Guardian School Administrator has created an account for you to access the Classroom Management Tool, you can proceed to login.
Functions of the Teacher role include:
- Home: View and start, next class, upcoming classes, and view recently ended classes
- Plan: Ability to add students, content, Apps and Web Filtering
- Teach: Includes active and upcoming classes and ability to start the classes
- Review: Review class sessions
- All Modes: Restrict your class activities to your choosing during an active class
- Students: View, edit and export students
- Devices: Includes device actions, add/remove tags, enable/disable vacation mode
- Reports: Ability to view the web reports of the students browsing history
Preparing for Class
- Before you begin a class, please ensure that the correct students have been added to the classroom, and once the Classroom starts, please check that all students have joined the class.
Classroom Connectivity
- Mobile Guardian has a Multi-server for the Classroom, which allows the teacher and the students to connect to Mobile Guardian Classroom across different networks.
Screen Share Requirements
- When using the screen share for ChromeOS, Windows and Android devices, please ensure that there is a reliable, fast internet connection for this function to work effectively.
