Accessing the Bluetooth Instant Action
The Bluetooth Instant Action can be found in various places on the dashboard, depending on how you want to use it.
At Class Start
When starting a class session, a modal allows you to select the Bluetooth setting for that session. Each session can have a different configuration, so ensure that you confirm your selection before starting the class.
On a Specific Student's Card
On an individual student's card, you will find multiple instant actions, including the Bluetooth option. Use this if you need to configure Bluetooth for a specific student's device rather than the entire class.
On the Instant Action Toolbar (iOS)
On the iOS Instant Action toolbar, you can select multiple devices or all devices to set the Bluetooth configuration for the class. If you set the Bluetooth configuration at the start of the class, you can use this toolbar to stop or switch the setting during the class.
How to Enable/Disable Bluetooth Using Instant Action
Steps to Follow
- Select the Bluetooth Action: Using one of the options above, click on the Bluetooth action.
- Choose the Setting: A pop-up window with a drop-down menu will appear. Choose one of the three options: Switch On, Switch Off, or Device Default Option.
- Apply the Setting: After selecting an option, click "Apply Setting."
