Google Classroom Sync

The Google Classroom Sync feature on the Classroom Management dashboard allows Google Workspace Teachers to sync their classes without requiring an Admin to do so from the Admin dashboard.

#Note: This option is not available for non-Google Workspace teachers.

How to Sync Classes

Access the Sync Button

• On the Teacher dashboard, select the Google Sync button located at the top right of your dashboard.

Syncing Process

• Clicking the Google Sync button will start the synchronization process, importing all relevant Google Classroom information such as your class list, students assigned to your class, and any additional teachers.
• A pop-up will inform you of the information being imported.

View Synced Classes

• Once the sync is completed, your dashboard will populate with your Google classes.
• If your classes are not immediately visible on the dashboard, click the refresh button.

No Updates Notification

• If your classes are already up-to-date, you will be informed that there are no updates or courses updated.
