When should I choose the Pro plan over the Light plan?

Mobile Guardian Light also is known as the MDM starter kit for schools includes all the tools necessary to manage and secure your school’s fleet of mobile devices. You can manage an unlimited number of devices, enjoy multi-OS support for Android, ChromeOS, iOS and macOS devices and fundamental limited web filtering controls.

Please note that unlike the Pro Plan, the Light Plan is limited by the number of profiles an admin can configure. A Profile is a set of pre-defined configurations. An administrator can add profiles to a school account and manage each of them according to their school policy needs.

The Mobile Guardian Pro Plan is best suited for larger schools and school groups, with complex device management set up.

Mobile Guardian Pro offers an unlimited number of device profiles, advanced MDM controls and the option to add-on classroom tools and Premium web-filtering.
