Instant Actions empower teachers to maintain classroom focus and order by leveraging technology to manage student devices. These actions can lock devices, draw students' attention, send messages, or control applications. Instant Actions are compatible with iOS, Android, and Chromebook devices.
Available Instant Actions
Teachers can choose from several Instant Actions tailored to specific devices. These actions can be applied to individual students or the entire class.

Detailed Guide for Each Instant Action
Direct Message (All)
Send one-way messages to students' devices during class.
- Select the students you wish to message using the checkboxes.
- Click the "Message" button.
- Type your message in the pop-up window.
- Click "Send".
Alternatively, message an individual student by clicking the Message icon on their card.

Eyes Up and Eyes Down (All)
Quickly get students' attention with an Eyes Up screen alert.
- Select the students you want to alert, or select all devices.
- Click the "Eyes Up" icon on the toolbar or student card.
This action is available for iOS, Chromebook, and Android devices.
Single App Mode (iOS Only)
Restrict iOS devices to a single app to improve focus during lessons or exams.
- Select the students for this action.
- Click the "Single App Mode" button on the toolbar.
- Choose the application to run.
To end Single App Mode, select the relevant students and click the "Stop Single App Mode" button on the toolbar or student card.
Manage Tabs (Android/Chrome Only)
View, open, and dismiss browser tabs on students' Chromebooks.

Share Student/Teacher Screen (Android/Chrome Only)
Share your screen or a student’s screen with the class.

Bluetooth Control (iOS Only)
Enable or disable Bluetooth on any iOS device in your class.
