The Mobile Guardian Classroom Management Tool enables you to efficiently manage your class and share content. Here's how to generate join codes, start your class, and share content with your students.
Generating and Using Join Codes
Join codes allow students to opt-in to your class from within the mobile app. This ensures their devices remain in the correct state during active class time.

Generate Join Codes:
- Each class will have a unique join code.
- Display these codes on the board at the beginning of the lesson.

Student Opt-In:
- Students use these codes to join the class via the mobile app.
- This prevents their devices from switching states when not in an active class.

Starting Your Class

Scheduled Class Start:
- At the scheduled time, click the Start Class button.
Sharing Content with Students
After starting your class, you can share session content with your students in two primary ways.
Method 1: Sharing Content
Method 2: Sharing Content via Content Catalogue

Navigate to Class Material:
- Go to the Class Material menu item where you added all your relevant content.

Upload and Share Content:
- Click on the Upload icon beneath the content you want to share.

Successful Content Sharing:
- The content will be shared directly to your students' devices.
- This shared content will be stored in the My Catalogue section of the students' Mobile Guardian Application.
#Note: Web Clips will only work on iOS devices.
