Prevent Student Sign-Out of MG App (iOS)

To enhance the school's restrictions and prevent students from potentially bypassing security, we have added an option to prevent students from signing out of the Mobile Guardian app on their iOS devices.

Follow these steps to apply this restriction:

Navigate to the Profiles Tab:

• Go to the Profiles tab in the left navigation column of your school dashboard.
• Click the pencil icon on the profile to which you want to add this restriction.

Access Restrictions:

• Under the What tab of your profile, select the Restrictions tab.

View iOS Restrictions:

• Go to the iOS tab to view the restrictions available for iOS devices.

Enable Sign-Out Prevention:

• Scroll to the end of the page to find the option, Prevent sign-out of the Mobile Guardian application. Select Yes from the drop-down menu.
