The Article below are the guidelines for adding a Student to your Mobile Guardian Dashboard, The article will show you how to add the grade of the student as well the device and necessary tags for that student.
Steps on how to add a new student record:
Once logged in to your Mobile Guardian Dashboard on the left-hand side of the screen, on the Navigation Panel, click on “Students”.
Once you click on “Students” you will be directed to the student page, then on the top right corner of the page click on “Add Students”.
Once you clicked on Add students, a pop window will appear, where you are required to enter the student information
- The First name and Last name are mandatory fields
- The Grade, Tags, and Email are optional fields.
- The Option is available to search for an existing device and then you can click on “ADD” to add the device to the current user that is being created
Once you have filled in the required fields you can click on Save
Congratulations! You have added the new student to your dashboard.
